St. Petersburg Russian Ballet Theater's National Grand Theater "Swan Lake

The St. Petersburg Ballet Theatre of Russia - Mariinsky Theatre's version of "Swan Lake" is coming to the National Grand Theatre on December 26-27, 2013, to bring the audience the original Kirov Theatre (now the Mariinsky Theatre) version of "Swan Lake".

The entire cast of this production comes from the world's oldest and most famous ballet academy, the Vodianova Ballet Academy. For the past 18 years, they have been performing at the Royal Hermitage Theater and the Royal Bolshoi Theater in St. Petersburg, which are regarded as one of the best theaters in the world. In particular, the lead dancer, Irina Kolesnikova, is the principal ballet dancer of the St. Petersburg Russian Ballet Theatre, and has been hailed by many European media as the "Queen of International Ballet" and "Russia's First Swan," and has won awards in many international ballet competitions. She has won many awards in international ballet competitions and has been praised by the European media as a "true star" and "a real miracle". Every year Irina Kolesnikova performs at the London Opera House and the Champs Elysées Theater in Paris.
