A month of sparring can learn.

Any combat arts want to really use out in real combat need to constantly practice, so that the action to form muscle memory, and then in the real combat confrontation to learn from real combat experience, a month of just practicing the pace of the standing frame out of the fist is not enough to use let alone learn, if the set of training classes need to be effected may teach you a set of fixed striking action, believe me, this kind of thing is the most pitted people. If you really like it, don't be in a hurry, take your time, build a good foundation for later bottlenecks will be less and less.

Solution 2:

Learn sparring in one month from a zero base? That's definitely impossible, it's not like learning to drive. Even if you are only practicing muscles, a month is only the first results. Such a crash course teaches not so much sparring as combat drills, and this stuff is closest in classification to street or square dancing

Solution 3:

The basics are learned in an hour or so. Just you will not use, need a long time to train the actual battle before it is possible to do the natural response, this process requires a minimum of more than half a year of training, so either determined to achieve a certain level through a long time, a month is not much use

Solution 4:

A month of zero foundation do not have to think about it, the basic physical training off have not yet passed which! At most, a month of duckling down to let you have an understanding of the basic training program, the rules can figure out! That's all
