Tianjin Library will reopen from March 26, following the principle of moderate and orderly opening, with time slots for reservations. This time, the Tianjin Library has opened part of the books and magazines lending area in the cultural center area and Fukang Road area to provide readers with books and magazines lending and returning services. Opening hours for Tuesday to Sunday 9:00-16:30 (library closed from 16:00), closed on Monday.

Services
Conducts lending and returning services for books and periodicals, and returns books from the former Municipal Children's and Youth Libraries.
All overdue books and periodicals due to the closure of the service fee, are exempted. books and periodicals borrowed before January 24, 2008, its due date will be extended by the number of days of the loan period, that is, the number of days of closure plus 60 days, that is, 122 days.
After the library resumed opening, the book loan period was extended from 30 days to 60 days during the epidemic control period, and the loan period can be renewed once. Readers can enjoy a loan period of up to 90 days.

Entrance instructions
(1)Readers who have made an appointment to enter the library must wear a mask to enter the library, and can only enter the security check procedure after taking a temperature measurement and scanning the QR code of the "Jinmen Epidemic Warfare" mini program (the library will prohibit readers from entering the library if they don't wear a mask and don't cooperate in taking a temperature measurement and scanning the code). After the security check, readers can enter the library.
(2) Patrons with fever (body temperature of 37.3 degrees Celsius or above), cough, shortness of breath and other symptoms are prohibited from entering the library. Please cooperate with the staff for registration and go to the hospital for examination as soon as possible.
(3)The library area is managed on a grid basis, and each area is equipped with a corresponding service supervisor. Please obey the management and guidance of the staff. If you need to queue up, please wait more than one meter apart. Please queue up when entering the book (magazine) lending area. After checking out and returning books, please leave the library immediately and stop gathering, chatting, reading and other behaviors in the library.
(4) Readers should take the safe passage or use the escalator to go up and down the stairs, and try to avoid touching the handrail directly. The readers' open area suspends the direct elevator service.
Minyuan Plaza
Opening time: 9:00-17:00 every day
Opening area: the runway and corridor area on the first floor of Minyuan Plaza.
Open entrances and exits: Minyuan Square Chongqing Road main gate for the square entrances and exits, other entrances and exits all closed to traffic. Visitors into the walk must wear a mask, the average interval of 1.5 meters or more.
