Get to the CKS Memorial Hall at 8:00 or so, and take advantage of the sunshine to see one of the few "larger" spaces in Taipei. The blue glazed roof is a great place to start on a cloudy or sunny day. Take some pictures to prove that you've been to Taipei.
After 9 p.m., you can walk to the Taipei Railway Station and pass by the Legislative Yuan to see the facade of democracy. If you like Gundam (Gundam), you can go to the K Mall across the street from the station to browse the Gundam boutique as you continue to the next stop. You can stop by 7-11 to buy a EasyCard and ask for directions, friendly and convenient.
10:00 to the Huashan Arts Center, look at the past of Taipei, Fang Wenshan's tea store inside the cultural memories, may encounter some interesting activities, performances, tired in the inside of the big plant selling pastry bread, sit and drink a good coffee.
Lunch can be in the Huashan inside the Qing Ye restaurant (reservations required), eating exquisite Taiwan snacks collection, basically the essence of other night markets have been collected. We recommend the Buddha Jumping Wall and the fruit called guava with sour plum powder. Plus winter melon tea. (A person RMB 150 or so)
12 o'clock to avoid grabbing lunch with other office workers, you can walk to the Huashan next to the Guanghua Digital Plaza, look at the electronic street, it is worthwhile to buy the reason is that most of the genuine price is more reasonable than in mainland China to buy, cheaper than the United States, but the latest won't be cheaper than in Hong Kong.
Take the MRT from NKU to City Hall station at 2pm, come out of the Sakai Department Store, and shop Uniqlo or Muji on your way to Shinsei Seijin if you need to.
In Xinyi Chengpin, skip the bookstore for now and browse its boutique section, which has some interesting small Taiwanese design brands that are a bit cheaper than buying them in Shanghai. Save the bookstore section for midnight strolls in Dunnan and the Japanese section for the Japanese section in Breeze Plaza. If you like desserts, Breeze has a few good options.
Depending on each person's favorite bookstore, it's about a 2-3 hour walk out. Comforting in nature and somewhat calorie-burning.

Other than that it's probably Yongkang Street that's worth a visit, and the shopping is pretty much the same. The mango, peanut, and red bean ice are all more authentic....
After dinner activities:
Walking 1 : Take the MRT to Fisherman's Wharf, and for those who like to go shopping, consider Tien Mu.
