Clinically, miliaria can be divided into three types:
1, red prickly heat (red prickly heat) is caused by sweat overflowing the epidermis a little deeper. It is the most common in clinic and can occur at any age. It mainly occurs on the back of the hand, elbow socket, neck, chest, back, abdomen, under the breast of women and the head, face and buttocks of children. It is a round and pointed needle-like papule or papule with slight redness. Rashes often appear in batches, with slight burning and itching. There was slight desquamation after the rash subsided.
2. White prickly heat (crystalline prickly heat) is caused by sweat overflowing in or under the stratum corneum. It is common in patients who sweat a lot in high temperature environment, stay in bed for a long time and are too weak. Superficial vesicles from needle tip to needle tip mostly occur in the neck and trunk, with extremely thin and slightly bright walls, clear contents and no blush. Unconscious symptoms, easy to break when gently rubbed, with extremely thin scales and lips after drying.
3, abscess (purulent prickly heat) is a superficial small pustule with a nail on the head at the top of the prickly heat. It is rare in clinic, often occurring in folds, such as the flexion of limbs and genitals, and also common in children's head and neck. Pustules are often sterile or non-pathogenic cocci, but they can be infected after ulceration.
Generally speaking, prickly heat is most likely to grow on children, but some adults with delicate skin, obesity, sweating or weak constitution will also grow prickly heat. In addition to the thick skin parts such as soles of feet and palms, prickly heat will appear in all parts of the body. To prevent miliaria, we should pay attention to skin hygiene, take a bath frequently and change clothes frequently. People who are prone to prickly heat should dry up after taking a shower and apply some talcum powder or prickly heat powder. Don't play in the hot sun, don't overeat, and eat less sugar and high-fat food, which can prevent the occurrence of prickly heat.

Ten drops of water treat miliaria.
The author's practice in recent years has proved that ten drops of water have a good effect on itching. The usage is as follows: first scrub the affected skin with sweat and secreted oil, then squeeze out a few drops of water and apply it to the affected area, and naturally dry it. There is a slight burning sensation in the skin where the medicine is applied, and it is not so kind and painful after a few minutes. Apply it two or three times a day. It can diminish inflammation, reduce swelling and relieve itching in two or three days. In severe cases, medication can be prolonged.
Infants and young children have delicate skin and are not suitable for direct rubbing. Ten drops of water can be diluted with warm boiled water according to the ratio of 1: 10 before use. The number of rubbings per day can be increased or decreased according to the number of prickly heat. In order to prevent infection due to fingernail scratching, it is recommended to wipe it with a cotton swab. In addition, it can also be prevented by bathing. The method is to add an appropriate amount of ten drops of water (such as half a bottle) to warm water every time you bathe your child, but it should be noted that only clean water can be used for bathing, and soap and bath liquid can not be used to maintain the efficacy of the medicine.
Ginger juice can cure children's miliaria.
Son 1 year 9 months. According to reports, rubbing the scalp with ginger can promote the growth of children's hair. When rubbing, I accidentally found that raw juice can cure children's miliaria, and the effect is very good. The prickly heat on the son's head can be wiped with ginger once. In order to verify the effect, he later wiped the prickly heat on his chest and back with a piece of ginger, which was once good. After a few hours, it subsided and disappeared (after a nap), and there was no prickly heat in the affected area.
Frosted mulberry leaves can cure miliaria.
It's sultry this year, and children have prickly heat. After my mother knew about it, she brought a bag of frosted mulberry leaves from her hometown in Jiangsu, saying that she would give the child a bath. Let me grind 200 grams of dried mulberry leaves, 200 grams of mung beans and 50 grams of calamine into powder. Take a bath with mulberry leaves in boiling water every night and then apply a layer of homemade "prickly heat powder". I didn't expect it to work. It only took four or five nights, and all the children tried in the building were cured. According to my mother, frosted mulberry leaves must be frosted before picking, or frosted, dried and hung in a ventilated place for later use. You can also use fresh mulberry leaves, but the effect is slightly worse.
