Lv Jihong, born on June 27, 1960 in Tianshui City, Gansu Province, is a tenor singer who was the deputy director of the former People's Liberation Army Navy Political Department's Cultural Troupe.
In 1982, he graduated from the Vocal Department of Xi'an Conservatory of Music under the tutelage of Prof. Tao Liling. After graduation, she taught in the Music Department of Lanzhou Teachers College (now Lanzhou City College), and was transferred to the Gansu Provincial Song and Dance Troupe in 1985.
