Nanchang Vocational University's degree is recognized by the state. The school is a full-time national unified undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education in 2018, one of the first undergraduate-level vocational education pilot schools in China, the only comprehensive vocational undergraduate university in Jiangxi and an experimental school for the reform of vocational undergraduate curriculum for industry-teaching fusion, which is licensed by the School Planning and Construction Development Center of the Ministry of Education.
The school now has 823 full-time teachers, including 254 with senior professional and technical positions, accounting for 32.73%; 429 with a master's degree and above, accounting for 55.28%; 276 "dual-teacher" teachers, accounting for 35.57%.
