From here, you can follow the main road for about 1 kilometer to see the colorful landscape painting gallery from afar, or choose a canyon of your own interest to delve into for a closer look at the rock textures. Among them, Xuan Yuan Gorge has a walking trail with beautiful scenery. It is a popular canyon, but the latter is rugged and requires a guide.
The duration of the tour depends on the depth of the scenic area, and can take anywhere from 1.5 hours to half a day, with the advantage of fewer tourists, and at night, the rocks are especially colorful at sunset. On the way to the geopark, you'll pass through the reed-covered wetlands of the Yellow River.
