After months of intensive training and preparation, S.H.E will release their tenth album in mid-May! S.H.E explains, "S.H.E's tenth album is a very important one in our singing career! We've been trying out a lot of new and interesting musical ideas for a while now, and it took us longer than ever to record almost 20 songs before we decided on the best ones! We've also tried a lot of new things in terms of styling! In order to shoot the music video for the first wave of the hit song "Chinese Words", Huayan spent more than 2.5 million dollars and mobilized more than 100 staff members to shoot the video in Wuzhen, Zhejiang Province, which is a famous ancient city built more than 1,300 years ago and is known as "China's Last House on the Water".
Director Ma Yizhong specially recruited orthodox Shaolin monks, Tai Chi masters, and hip-hop dance teachers from various countries to perform with S.H.E., interpreting the song, which is a fusion of Eastern and Western flavors. The group danced in the square in front of the ancient Nga Men in Wuzhen. The content of "Chinese Words" mainly describes that the world is now in the grip of China fever!
