The stomach is always full, i.e. bloating. It is caused by cold, dietary problems, functional diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, organic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, and gallbladder diseases.
1. Cold:
The digestive system is more sensitive to temperature, if the abdomen is cold, the stomach wall muscle spasms due to cold stimulation will be a slight pain, indigestion caused by cold abdomen will also cause flatulence.
2. Dietary problems:
When you eat cold and greasy food, eat too much, or eat food that is not easy to digest, the stomach contents are stored for too long, and the food ferments and produces gas or stimulates the gastric mucosa, causing bloating.
3. Gastrointestinal disorders:
Chronic gastroenteritis, gastrointestinal insufficiency and other digestive problems lead to indigestion, and food stays in the digestive tract for too long to ferment and produce gas, resulting in bloating.
4. Organic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract:
Pyloric obstruction, gastric cancer, gastroesophageal reflux disease, etc., can affect the emptying of gastric contents, resulting in food staying in the gastrointestinal tract for too long to ferment, and the intra-abdominal pressure rises, leading to abdominal distension.
5. Gallbladder disease:
It is an important cause of abdominal distension, mostly seen in chronic cholecystitis, cholelithiasis and so on. Obstruction of bile discharge leads to slow digestion of food, slow emptying of gastrointestinal contents, fermentation of food and gas production, and increased intra-abdominal pressure, resulting in abdominal distension.
Frequent bloating, need to clarify the cause, targeted treatment.
