Milan (Milan, Italy: Milano) the dominant Italian economy, industry, modern city, is now one of the most popular cities in Europe; the city to the fourteenth century Italian architectural essence of the main cathedral as the center, full of the end of the century poignant and euphemistic and the new century of longing and misty fantasy, showing the human romantic tenderness and yearning for the future of the Mercedes-Benz. Milan is located in Europe's east-west and north-south crossroads, but also in the fertile plains of Lombardy has the elements of the economic city as a strong development.
Western Roman Empire, due to the great migration of the Germanic peoples and the great chaos, Milan as the capital of the empire, the center of Western Christianity and prosperity, and later, due to the migration of Goths and other disorders. 12 century due to the emergence of the social consciousness of the age of the commune, so that Milan once again prosperous.
What made northern Italy grow by leaps and bounds was the Crusades' Eastern Expedition, in which cities fought for wealth, power, and the conquest of other cities. Milan was no exception, as ruled by the Milanese Visconti and Sforza families since 1395. The development of the metropolis of this small country produced wealthy citizens, by whom the activities of preserving and rewarding scholarship and the arts eventually blossomed, giving birth to the Renaissance culture.
The trade system changed considerably at the end of the 15th century, and Italian cities such as Milan began to stagnate, and the Italian Peninsula, invaded by Germany, France, and Spain, underwent a long period of unfortunate times until the unification of Italy in 1870.

Bars
There are many bars throughout Italy. Bars in Italy are like Chinese teahouses, where people spend their spare time drinking coffee and talking. Bars also sell bread, ice cream and other snacks. In the morning, people like to drink a cup of cappuccino, which is unique to Italy, a kind of drink with foam, with a little sugar before, very delicious.
As in other parts of Northern Italy, handmade pasta and rice products are preferred to dry pasta. In Brescia, there is a ravioli called Casonsei, which is made with sausage, bread and cheese. Tortelli di Zucca, a pasta mixed with minced pumpkin, and Gnocchi di Zucca, a croquette-shaped pasta made with diced pumpkin and flour, are also famous. Also recommended is Lugana, a white wine made by absorbing the aroma of the flowers that grow around Lake Garda. A famous winter dish that is indispensable in the cold region is Cassoeula, in which a pig is cooked from head to toe with cabbage. The dish is best served with a strong red bardacarlo from Lotrepo Pavese, produced in the southern hills of the region. Vitellotonnato, a tuna sauce topped with suckling beef, which is now on the menus of Italian restaurants, is produced in this region. Thinly sliced boiled beef topped with tuna-flavored salsa comes with green leafy food. Goes well with white Franciacorta Pinot.
Milan, the economic center, is a foodie's paradise. Milanese people who love new things were the first in Italy to accept fast food, led by NUOVA CUCINA, known as Italian food, and have tasted famous dishes from all over the world. On the other hand, there is still a market for traditional dishes made from the abundant raw materials produced in the fertile land.
Risotto, made with rice from the Po Valley, and polenta, made with cornmeal, are representative of these dishes, which can be cooked with meat, eaten plain like bread, or fried and served like lasagna. Milan's most famous dishes include Ossobuco, in which the meat of the calf of a dairy cow is cooked with the bone in order to get the gelatin of the bone marrow, and Risottoallamilanese, a saffron-flavored risotto with tomato sauce, which matches the rich flavor of Oltrepo Pavese Barvera, the representative wine of the region. This representative Milanese dish, Ossobuco, is usually served with Risottoallamilanese, so there are reasonable dishes as well.
Another not-to-be-forgotten dish is Cotdettaalla MIllanese. so large that it falls off the plate, the fried suckling beef steak has now become a popular dish all over Italy. Eating this dish pairs well with the flavors of the foaming wine Oltrepo Pavese Pinot Spumamte.
In the cheese category, Gorgonzola is the most famous, produced in the village of the same name on the outskirts of Milan. Also, the world-famous Christmas candy Panettone originates from Milan. Nowadays, a large modern factory has been established near Milan to produce Panettone sweets, which are exported to all over Italy and the rest of the world.
Milan is a landlocked city, but it has the largest fish market in Italy and is famous for its concentration of fresh fish from all over Italy. There are a number of restaurants in Milan that specialize in fish and can delight gourmets.

History of the club
In 1899, Englishman Alfred. Edward founded the predecessor of AC Milan - "Milan Cricket and Football Club". Until the 2003-2004 season, AC Milan*** won 17 First Division titles, 6 Champions Cup titles and 3 Toyota Cup titles. There were five golden periods in the history of the club, namely the Milan era under the leadership of one of the founders, Nordahl; the 50s with Swedish and Uruguayan stars; the creation of the "dying tactic" and the "golden age" under the leadership of the marvelous coach, Nerio Rocco; and the "golden age" under the leadership of the "Golden Age". Loko led the "golden boy" Rivera in the 60s; and Berlusconi personally created the era of the Dutch Three Musketeers; coupled with the subsequent Capello era, the AC Milan lineup in that period is almost the Italian national team lineup. However, there are also shadows in AC Milan's history, in the early 80s, due to fraud AC Milan was relegated to the second division, and fell into a brief crisis.
It wasn't until current owner Berlusconi became president of the club that a long period of prosperity began. Although some mistakes were made in the transfer market during this period, AC Milan won its 16th league title in the 1998-1999 season, a centennial celebration, in a very unfavorable situation, and gave the best gift for its own celebration. Now, AC Milan has gradually overcome the low tide, and the lineup has stabilized. Head coach Carlo Ancelotti has led the team to very good results in the previous seasons as well, bringing the club a league title and a Champions League title in two seasons, and they are now embarking on their sixth golden period.
AC Milan in the original replacement lineup is a little weak, with a few seasons of the transfer market continue to add, the luxury of its lineup has been no weaker than the original dynasty period. AC Milan in the transfer market investment is also very characteristic, basically high treatment, low price, like to sign the expiry of the contract of the player, I believe that their approach will become the future of some strong teams to follow the object. AC Milan also has a unique "Milan Laboratory" which has been instrumental in keeping the players in good shape for a long time in the case of multi-line battles.
