Jinfo Mountain is located in Nanchuan City in the south of Chongqing, belonging to the DaLouShan mountain range, composed of Jinfo, turnip dam, cypress branch three mountains. Jinfo Mountain is a national scenic spot, a national nature reserve, a national forest park, a national natural heritage, and one of the first national science education bases. Jinfo Mountain is located near the mysterious 30° north latitude, north of Dalou Mountain Range, with an area of 1,300 square kilometers and a scenic area of 441 square kilometers. Jinfo Mountain is 18 kilometers away from Nanchuan city, 88 kilometers away from the main city of Chongqing Municipality, neighboring Wulong in the east and bordering with Guizhou in the south. The main peak of Jinfo Mountain, Windblown Ridge, is 2,251 meters above sea level, with a snowy period of up to four months each year, and is also the highest peak in the Dalou Mountains. Jinfo Mountain, also known as Jinshan, the ancient name of the JiuDi Mountain, belongs to the large Lou Mountain range, by the Jinfo, turnip dam, cypress branch of the three mountains, such as 108 peaks. The total area of 1300 square kilometers, scenic planning area of 441 square kilometers, the protected area of 522 square kilometers. The main peak, Phoenix Ridge (Windblown Ridge), is 2,238 meters high, the highest peak in the Dalou Mountains. Jinfo Mountain is known as the Kingdom of Plants, with more than 5000 kinds of plants, including more than 250 kinds of ancient plants, 136 kinds of endemic plants, 82 kinds of rare and endangered plants, and 52 kinds of rare plants. There are more than 500 kinds of animals in Jinfo Mountain, among which there are money leopards, clouded leopards, South China tigers, white-crowned cranes, red-bellied horned chickens, golden monkeys, black leaf monkeys, and sika deer belonging to the national-level protected animals.
The ancient and primitive geology, natural resources, and temperate climate conditions of Jinfo Mountain have created and reproduced countless precious living creatures, and it is a biological treasure trove with many varieties and rare and concentrated species. Plant communities due to the terrain elevation difference, was a vertical distribution, subtropical coniferous forests, coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forests, deciduous broad-leaved and evergreen leaf forests, primary forests, flat bamboo forests, thickets, meadows have a special style; rare plants were distributed regionally, composed of rare and rare plant communities landscape, levels, tall trees under the forest is 100,000 acres of bamboo forests and various types of bushes.

To the north, northeast, east, southeast and southwest of Jinfo Mountain with the summit of Jinfo Mountain as the core, there exists an arc-shaped distribution area of natural resources of ginkgo so far,*** there are about 1,800-2,000 natural resources of ginkgo. Among them, more than 94% of the individuals are in the stage of young wood and mature wood; adult wood individuals account for about 6%; endangered wood 1; it is a population with a relatively complete age class of phenological type. Standing on the viewing platform of the cliff, you can see the natural masterpiece of nature - Golden Turtle Sunrise, the mountain looks like a turtle waiting for a thousand years, stretched out its neck and gazed into the distance, looking at the sunrise, sunset; looking at the sea of clouds, the Buddha's light; but also seems to be waiting for a certain agreement, or to meet someone's arrival. In the cliff wall under the turtle, there are two naturally formed cliff caves, which are undeveloped karst caves, in which live free and spiritual rock swallows, they chase the clouds and fog, soaring in company, for the silence of the golden turtle to add a lively atmosphere.

Jingshan Great Jade: The Jingshan Great Jade is the most majestic landscape of Jinfoshan Mountain, which is also the reason why the mountain got its name. In the past, the Jinshan Great Wall could only be viewed from afar, and there was no way to get to it. After many visits, Chongqing Tourism Investment Group Shanshui Urban Company decided to build a trestle on the wall, so that visitors can have a better view of Jinfo Mountain's wall and horizontal cave system.
The total length of the trestle is actually 3.5 kilometers, 1.5 kilometers of which is built on an almost vertical 90-degree cliff face, 40-50 meters above the ground, walking like a micro-step in the air, step by step. This section is generally known as the Jiepi Trail. It is like a string of beads connecting the Golden Turtle Sunrise, Arrow Bamboo Sea, Lingguan Cave, Ecological Stone Forest and other attractions. Among them, Swallow Cave is the habitat of ancient rock swallows that lived at the same time with dinosaurs. If the swallows go out to feed or return to their nests, visitors can see the spectacular scene of ten thousand swallows flying together. Walking on the trestle, you can walk through the clouds on a foggy day and see the mountains on a sunny day. It is the best place to see azalea, colorful forest, sea of clouds and Buddha's light.
The other 2 kilometers, there is a kilometer close to the cliff wall hovering up, called the hanging trail, you can walk from the wall to the top of the mountain, and then into the Jinfo Mountain ancient azalea park and the ancient square bamboo forest sea, this section is called the forest trail. Walking in the forest trail, spring can appreciate the azalea, autumn can pick rare square bamboo. In summer and winter, there are fewer tourists, and you can walk alone with these ancient azaleas and ancient square bamboo **** memory of the vicissitudes of life. At the end of the trail is the Golden Buddha Temple under construction, which is expected to be held in May next year. Through the wall trestle can also lead to the ecological stone forest, azalea prince, medicine pool dam and other attractions.
