Mortal kombat is an action movie released in the United States on April 20th, 1989. It was directed by Mark Dissard and David Voss, and starred by jean-claude van damme and Chen Guoxin.
The film tells the story that American heavyweight champion Ai Rui was invited to Bangkok, Thailand to compete with local Thai champion Tang Bo.
Movie plot:
American heavyweight boxing champion Ai Rui was invited to Bangkok, Thailand to compete with local Thai boxing champion Tang Bo. Who knows that iResearch was taken lightly, and was crippled by Tang Bo, and nearly died. Kurt knew a little about fighting. In order to avenge his brother Ai Rui, he decided to learn Muay Thai from the local martial arts master Xi 'an.
Freddy the bully is a local gangster. He often lets his men harass local residents and ask them to pay protection money. In order to save Xi's niece Miley, Kurt got into a fight with his men, and it reached Freddie's ears. In order to solve the old and new hatred, Freddie decided to send Tang Bo to fight with them according to the ancient law.
Unexpectedly, the night before the game, Ai Rui was taken hostage by Freddie and his gang. In order to save Ariel's life, Kurt crustily skin of head and let Tang Bo punch and kick. Fortunately, Xi 'an took the opportunity to rescue Ai Rui, and Kurt finally defeated Tang Bo with superb boxing, giving a sigh of relief to his brother Ai Rui.
