Eating puffer fish is available at the main high class Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong such as Nadaman at the Shangri-la at Pacific Place and Inagiku at IFC which are all very expensive.

In Causeway Bay this more remote magic hand, the price is not expensive, but there is blowfish to eat. And Sakurada at the Empire Hotel in Shatin claims to have a patented non-toxic variety of blowfish.

Good value-for-money restaurants include Tsui Wah and Lan Fong Yuen, whose old restaurant in Mid-Levels, Central, stands out even more.

The authentic fish-egg noodles and cuttlefish balls are known by some **** as Causeway Bay Man Fai, but also small restaurants on East Street in Shau Kei Wan some of which are famous to Hong Kong people, such as Wong Lam Kee, On Lee and Chiu Hing's Fish Egg Noodles. The most surprising thing is that there are Michelin restaurants here, Ganges Curry, Absolute Neighborhood Michelin Restaurant. Only Shau Kei Wan is not a tourist area, nothing to play.
