The creation of "Feel Yourself Meng Meng Da" was initially originated from Jia Ling's traffic jam. So Jia Ling remembered her friend Liu Wei, whom she had met because of the recording of The Greatest Showman of All Time. Jialing said: "I and Liu Wei are belong to the kind of people crazy, when there are many people are afraid of the cold, so life is often everyone as a happy fruit, and Liu Wei I know that he is funny under the appearance, in fact, there is a musician's heart, so I called him right away, to ask him to write this song." Liu Wei also confessed that since 2014 for his starring role in the movie "surprise all the way" created the theme song of the same name, it is uncontrollable to open the "Divine Song creation mode", after determining that Jialing is seriously want to be a singer, out of the single, back home only spent one hour to write out two versions. Liu Wei said: "I wrote 3 different arrangement styles, a more foreign flavor of a bit of Jolin Tsai's flavor, a more Phoenix Legend a bit, very suitable for square dance kind."
