Zen Dance of the Middle Way

I was doing readings at noon, and once I made tea for myself. I drank too much tea and became drunk and dizzy. I didn’t dare to rest and fell asleep.

So I just opened it. Practice Zen dance with Qi to music, and then ask yourself what Qi is. After asking, put it down and continue Zen dance. After a while, you will ask yourself this question again in your mind.

I clicked on two of the more touching pieces of music, "The Wise Man Rejoices in Water" and "One Sound of the Buddha's Name and One Sound of the Heart." The latter piece was something I often listened to when meditating in the Buddhist hall three years ago. It is unusual. The experience and memory are subtle. I feel that the music rhythm is slightly faster and the rhythm is stable and changes less. The rhythm of the first song is obvious, the relaxation is measured, and there are high and low speeds.

I can realize it from the music. I use my body to integrate music with my body and mind.

The steady compassion of "One Sound of Buddha's Name and One Heart" made me more aware of the ups and downs of my mind and body movements. While I was aware, I naturally slowed down. The speed entered a virtuous cycle again.

At this time, for the first time, I truly experienced the numbness, swelling and heat of my hands during Zen dance. (I had previously practiced basic skills, meditation, chanting, or three I have this experience in Seven Breaths, but not in Zen dance). As I danced, I slowly sat down and crossed my lotus, imagining that I was a lotus, with my body and the head of the lotus pole blooming. My hands gradually returned as my body stabilized and my mind returned.

Some inspiration came from time to time, and answers came uninvited to some questions that I didn’t understand and had questions about Zen dance. For example, many people said that Zen dance is very good, but I don’t have time, I can’t meditate, Wait for me, etc... and now I have the answer. It is precisely because you have many things like this that you need the Zen dance of the Middle Way. It is not Zen dance or I need you to invite you to learn it.

When you use If you practice it, its mental state will naturally affect you, giving you a more stable mind and wisdom to deal with problems in your work and life...

So today I realized that Zen dance is It’s a great tool for rejuvenating the body and mind, it just depends on whether you use it or not. I continued to meditate in the lotus position, my energy increased, and my head became clearer.

Dancing with energy requires more practice and experience.
