Looking for dance elements suitable for nunchaku performances. I don’t want anything like N5, stick dance, etc. I don’t want to plagiarize~

I have also tried group nunchucks in performances.

Personally, I feel that the following factors are extremely suitable for integration with nunchucks.

1. Fan dance. It further highlights the soft yet strong nature of the nunchaku.

2. Tai Chi. When choosing Tai Chi, there must be music that is both fast and slow and a majestic momentum. We had a member of the team who had been practicing Tai Chi for eight years. He came to teach everyone Tai Chi in a group with the sound of pipa playing between music. The effect is good.

3. Hip-hop dance with big windmill legs. The rows of legs must be aligned, which can relieve the audience’s visual fatigue from the stick. Big Windmill is suitable for the climax of music, leading the audience at an explosive point. At this time, the nunchucks are supplementary and the windmill is the main one.

4. Stand alone and perform collective somersaults. Everyone squatted down at the opening, and after the music lead sounded, the actors bounced and somersaulted out from behind one person. Using big moves at the beginning can easily shock people.

5. Weapon fighting. It doesn't matter what weapon you hold. What we had at that time was the three-section stick and the eyebrow-leveling stick. It doesn’t matter how well you perform, but it must be impressive and be able to look real. (We had a hard time practicing this at that time)

6. Stunts and other big dance moves. This is not very recommended. On the one hand, it is too difficult, and on the other hand, if there are too many such factors, the entire nunchaku performance will be messy.

The most important point is. No matter how complex or thrilling the dance elements in a performance may be. The time they take up must not exceed the time of the stick performance itself, otherwise no matter how good the response is, it will only be negative.

Come on. I wish you success.
