Why do you need to wear tight pants to practice dance?

I'm a guy and I've been practicing dance for many years. To be honest, boys' practice clothes are not as practical as girls'. First of all, the "official" boys' tights are black, which is not conducive to the teacher's observation of the legs and movements; secondly, the tights are worn outside the leotard, which is easy to slide down and very inconvenient. Women's dancewear is worn outside the pantyhose jumpsuit, the crotch can be pocketed pantyhose to prevent slipping, and jumpsuits clearly outline the student's crotch, easy for the teacher to see whether the legs are open crotch correctly, the leg posture is facing the correct direction and so on.

Women's dance pantyhose are white or light pink, eye-catching and easy to observe leg movements. Therefore, for student teachers, women's practice clothes are comfortable and practical. It is reasonable for teachers to require uniform clothing for both boys and girls.

Many places give special care to boys and let them wear regular gym clothes because they are worried that boys are shy, which is actually a sign that the teacher doesn't care much about boys. Teachers who really want to be responsible for boys and want to teach them dance seriously will require them to wear girls' practice clothes.
