On the evening of September 17, 2013, a crystal clear moon hung high under the canvas of the starry sky, ushering in the first Lantern Art and Culture Festival of Luofang Township, Yong'an City, on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival. This is the first time the township organized a township-wide display of traditional folk lanterns, but also an effective dissemination of the Luo Fang festival culture and prayer culture.

Far from the city of Luofang Township, blooming non-heritage wonders "lotus lamp". The production of hundreds of lotus lanterns is the traditional folk culture of Luofang Township, which has a history of more than 500 years and is one of the most existing Hakka traditional folk handicrafts in Luofang Township. In the past, Luofang lantern enthusiasts are mostly walking from village to village to make small knocks and small knocks to celebrate the New Year's festivals, and the children, under the care of their parents, carry lanterns and light up the lights to play in the market town square. From the 1980s, lanterns flourished. This time-honored traditional cultural resource has been excavated, protected and promoted, attracting widespread attention from the community.

The lantern festival attracted more than 100 participants from 15 villages, enterprises and institutions. With the theme of "Lighting lanterns, passing happiness", it shows the spirit of optimism and enterprise of the hard-working, brave, simple and kind-hearted people of Luofang, and also highlights the entrepreneurial spirit of the people of Luofang to transform the disadvantages of the region, not to be backward, and to strive for the upward.

The villagers set up a square dance fitness team of five, action in place, stretching beautiful, expressive, in line with the song, uniform clothing, and performance of the subject matter of coordination, fully demonstrated the farmers' friends on the desire for spare time.
