We have noticed some changes in my mother-in-law, she is getting more and more physically active. In her free time, she would go out to chat with her neighbors in the community and participate in activities. Once, I was afraid that she was not feeling well, so I accompanied her. As soon as she came downstairs, she ran straight to the garden of the neighborhood, just as the square dance started, and she walked into the crowd and stood in formation with everyone else, ready to dance the square dance. Since then, she has been going out every morning to practice Tai Chi. On weekends, she also meets her neighbors for walks in the nearby park and hikes in the wilderness. The days went by faster and faster, and my mother-in-law's health got better and better.
