Angel Leung (梁安琪), formerly known as Leung Suet Bing (梁雪冰), is a former legal administrator and a former Eastern District Councilor who took a diploma course in law at the School of Continuing and Professional Studies of the University of Hong Kong. Her boyfriend is former singer Tsang Hang-sang. She has now joined Star Heng Productions as a program director producer. Born in Guangzhou in 1960, she studied ballet in Guangzhou at the age of 13 and later joined the Guangzhou Cultural and Industrial Troupe as a dancer. Due to her outstanding appearance and charming figure, she was invited to take fashion hard photos and advertisements from time to time. Later, she gave up her chance to be a star because the radio station wanted her to sign a 5-year contract. So she was alone and ran away to Hong Kong alone for development.
