There is a high-frequency movement in the Pendulum Dance, "Shaking the Same Side Hand" (i.e., the left hand moves with the left foot, and vice versa), which is a simplification of the movements of rock-climbing, vine pulling, and mountain-climbing.

The Pendulum Dance can be categorized into two kinds of dances: "Big Pendulum Dance" and "Small Pendulum Dance", and the basic movements of Pendulum Dance are "Single Pendulum Dance", "Double Pendulum Dance" and "Back Pendulum Dance". The basic movements of Pendulum Dance are "Single Pendulum", "Double Pendulum" and "Swinging Pendulum", and its basic rhythm is: the hands and feet are on the same side, the lower part is not the knee, the upper part is not the shoulder, and the body is sinking and trembling slightly.
