A river runs through the streets, with houses lined up on both sides and connected by stone bridges. The houses in Wuzhen are all two-story wooden buildings, also all black. The alleys were narrow and long, and the houses were small and old. Our family rented another boat to return. The boat sailed, and the lights on both sides of the river reflected each other. People strolled leisurely along the stone path, and the breeze was refreshing. The river is lying quietly, as if a beautiful lullaby, intoxicating!
By the way, Wuzhen is also the hometown of the famous writer Mao Dun! If you are coming to Wuzhen, you must not forget to taste the sweet and delicious umi rice!
