The origin of the Hyangnang Festival's athletic program
The annual gathering of firewood by monks has evolved into a festival where monks and laymen go out together. The festival is because every summer, the monastery monks need to go out to collect firewood, thus taking the opportunity to enjoy the scenery, while collecting, and gradually evolved into the monks and laymen together picnic festival developed into the current festival of ringing waves.
