What are some good ways to improve energy stamina?

Because in recent years there are more and more things to do at work and study, so from time to time I feel that I don't have enough energy, and it is only in the last few years that I personally started to pay attention to energy management.

Later in practice I summarized 5 experiences to improve energy stamina:

1.? Reasonable time management

Many people will spend a lot of time every day brushing the circle of friends, watching Netflix, chatting about gossip and other things, thinking that this is to give themselves a relaxation, but in fact, these things are also in the form of invisible consumption of their own energy.

The key to time management is to spend your time and energy on the things that matter most to you.

Many people do trivial things on a daily basis, and don't realize what is most important to them.

One of my own ways of doing this is to make myself a list of the 3 most important things to do that day early in the morning, and then make sure I get those 3 things done today.

Don't think that 3 things is too few, according to the 80/20 rule, we can do 20% of the things to bring 80% of the results, it is important to find the right important things.

2.? Exercise

Exercise causes the body to produce exciting dopamine, which gives us a lot of energy.

We can set aside a regular chunk of time every day for running and working out. You can also use "keep" to do some short workouts at home.

Sometimes even a 10-minute workout will clear your head and energize you.

3. Early to bed and early to rise

.

A good routine is also an important part of staying energized, which involves going to bed early and getting up early.

Waking up early allows us to have more time, for example, many people use the morning hours to work out to increase their vigor.

And mornings are also the most awake and least disturbed time of the day, I myself use the 2 hours in the early morning to read and write.

All in all, waking up early brings us a lot of benefits, but the reason why many people can't wake up early is that they sleep too late and can't form a virtuous cycle.

We can set a time point for ourselves to go to bed, for example, when we get to 22:00 we order ourselves that we must go to bed, we can read a book or browse information for half an hour, but we must go to sleep at 22:30.

At first you may find it difficult, but in the long run you can develop a good habit of going to bed early and getting up early.

4.? The Tomato Work Method

If we work non-stop throughout the day, then it's like we're on a downhill slide, with our energy continuing to decline.

To improve our energy we need to take reasonable breaks in between work, so that by alternating work and rest, our energy can be restored in stages.

My own often used method is the "tomato work method", that is, work to time themselves, every 25 minutes of work, take a 5-minute break.

The tomato method not only restores our energy, but also allows us to work with extra focus.

5.? Build your own ritual habits

Everything in the day drains our energy, even when we're thinking about what we're going to do next.

We can create our own ritual habits to reduce the expenditure of energy.

Ritual habits are really just a series of fixed actions at a fixed time each day that can reduce the loss of willpower due to choices.

The following picture shows the ritual habit of Peng Xiaoliu, the head of Jane's book, in a day:

You can also establish your own ritual habit to keep yourself full of energy.

The above are my 5 suggestions for improving your energy and stamina.
