As I sat at the window, I could see the year-round snow piling up on the Western Ridge, and ships anchored in front of my door that had traveled far from the Eastern Wu, 10,000 miles away.

Translation:

The New Year has come and gone, but there were no fragrant flowers to be seen, and it was only in February that I was surprised to find new shoots of grass. The snow was also too late for spring, so it intentionally turned into flowers and flew through the trees in the courtyard.

At the beginning of the fourth night, the north wind brought a heavy snowfall; this auspicious snowfall given to us by Heaven came on the night of New Year's Eve, signaling a good harvest for the coming year. Before the glass half full of Tusu wine could be raised in celebration, I was still rushing to write the peach symbols for spring in cursive script under the lamp.

The twilight color is pale, and I feel that the road ahead is far away. It was cold and the ground was freezing, so I felt that the people I stayed with were poor. Suddenly, I heard a dog barking at the door of the woodpile, which meant that the owner had returned home at night.
