The more you spend, the happier your life will be? Why?

Spending more money does not necessarily bring more happiness.

Psychologists have done a social psychological survey, and the results show that people's consumption amount is positively related to their happiness and satisfaction with their lives. So psychologists have come to a conclusion based on this survey that rational consumption can improve subjective well-being.

People who like to spend usually put their own needs and feelings first. This kind of people tend to be more casual in their lives, and will not criticize themselves or suppress their desire to buy. Such people will not please others at the expense of their own interests. When self-pursuit is satisfied, their subjective well-being will naturally improve.

Happiness is a complex emotion, which is influenced by many factors, including the relationship with family and friends, job and career satisfaction, health status, social environment and so on. Pursuing material wealth often can't bring long-term happiness, but building harmonious interpersonal relationships, pursuing hobbies and doing meaningful things are more likely to bring happiness. Therefore, spending more money does not necessarily mean being happier.

Ways to improve happiness:

1, travel, see more beautiful people outside, listen to the voices outside, and record the beauty you hear and see.

2. Praise friends or colleagues around you, praise family members, and consciously give them a thumbs up. Get into the habit of praising others, praise others with your heart, others will feel happy, give you a feedback, and you will be happy.

3. Give the family a general cleaning, take a vacation to the wardrobe, sort out the old clothes that haven't been worn for a long time, and send them to the old clothes recycling site.

4, cooking, some people say that there is no trouble that one meal can't solve, and if it doesn't work, it will be two meals.

5. Go to sports, such as running, skipping, brisk walking, aerobics, square dance, playing basketball, table tennis, badminton and so on.
