The Chinese martial arts steps (that is, horse stance, bow step, etc., static steps, not dynamic steps)

(1) horseback riding step (referred to as horse step), two feet open, the distance is about the length of my three feet, thighs bent at the knee, squatting, toes in the buckle, the knee outside, facing the front, chest collapse waist, drop buttocks, the center of gravity of the body falls in the middle of the two feet.

(2) Bow and Arrow Stance (Bow Stance for short), the front leg, thighs bent at the knee, squatting flat, knees slightly forward and toes perpendicular to the toes, but not more than the toes, heels to the ground, hips are not permitted to convex outward; the back of the straightening of the fading, the toes slightly in the buckle diagonally to the front, the heel or the outside of the foot plate shall not be off the ground (the heel off the ground is called "pulling the heel"), the upper body is called "pulling the heel''). The upper body is slightly leaning forward, the chest is lifted, the waist is collapsed, and the hips are dropped. (3) Virtual step. (4) Servant Step. One leg full squat, toes out, leg flat in front of the body, toes in the buckle, full squat leg must be and small back against the tight, so that the buttocks close to the calf, the heel must not leave the ground, the outside of the hip down, so that the inside of the ground close to the ground, at the same time to lift the chest and collapse the waist. The chest is twisted forward, directly in front of you.

(5) Rest step. Separate feet front and back, about half a step or so apart, legs close together iteratively, the forefoot of the back foot lands on the ground, the knee points to the ground, and the buttocks are close to the heel of the back foot.

(6) Sitting Plate. Stand with both feet crossed from side to side, about half a step or so apart, with both legs iterated together, the big and small legs of the back leg grounded, and the thighs and knees of the front leg close to the chest.

(7) Ding Bu. Both legs half squat, crotch together, one foot toes pointing to the ground, one foot full foot on the ground, at the same time to lift the chest, collapse the waist, drop the buttocks, (open step Ding step, then two feet open, the distance between the two feet is about twenty-five centimeters.) Half squat with both legs.

(8) Independent. -Foot on the ground, -foot lifted, lifted forefoot, protect the knee of the foot on the ground, when high, protect the crotch.
