One, the basic running
This is one of the two most basic steps of the Ghost Walk, which is the most used, and it is also the transition step between other basic steps, so you need to learn it more and master the essentials.
Movements:
Two feet together. 1, lift the left leg at the same time, the right foot backward, 2, left foot landing at the same time, the right foot backward again; 3, lift the right leg at the same time, the left foot backward, 4, the right foot landing at the same time, the left foot backward again.
The essentials of the action: when lifting the leg, the thigh is close to parallel with the ground, the calf naturally drops, do not force, and the thigh is close to vertical. Lift the leg and move backward at the same time to complete the action. The foot falls vertically when landing, without stepping forward. When the foot moves back, the first backward movement is large, and the second backward movement is small.
Second, fast running
Fast running and basic running action is the same, only the second backward movement becomes very vague, point to point, and lifting the leg movement becomes very coherent, after a slight backward movement quickly lift the leg.
Three, heel running
Heel running and basic running action is also basically the same, just slightly different.
