What is your ideal life after retirement?

My ideal retirement life is not about doing nothing all day, mahjong, poker, square dancing...leisure and entertainment for the rest of my life. Rather, it is about slowing down the pace of life, having more discretionary time to devote to the things I love, and gaining more joyful experiences and a sense of life.

First, a healthy routine.

Health is the prerequisite for experiencing all the good things. Sufficient and appropriate amount of sleep, do not stay up late, do not sleep, 3 to 4 times a week 3 to 5 kilometers running, to ensure a healthy body and relatively abundant energy.

Second, continue to devote yourself to what you love.

Combat the body's natural decline with a spiritually and mentally youthful mindset. Forget your age, keep your love, choose one thing to focus on and go deeper, or rediscover the dreams you were stranded when you were young, go free to chase them, continue to shine, heat, and find a state and lifestyle that suits you.

I think my ideal is to read and write, so many good books, due to the busy work have not had time to read carefully, after retirement is a rare opportunity to think and feel recorded into an article, to share with more people. I'm not sure how much I'm going to be able to do this, but I'm sure I'll be able to do it, and I'm sure I'll be able to do it, and I'm sure I'll be able to do it.

Once in a while, when traveling to a strange place, instead of hastily checking in and drifting through like when I was young, I'd just stay there without panic, integrate into the local life, and feel the different customs and folk culture.

This is the ideal retirement life.
