Shacheng Cultural Park, formerly known as "Cultural Square", is the largest park and square in Shacheng District of Huailai County. After the reform and opening up, a young and vibrant square was built. As the name implies, it is an important place for Huailai County to carry out major cultural activities. The launching ceremony of the city's civilization construction, the launching ceremony of spiritual civilization volunteer activities, the square dance competition, the opening ceremony of previous grape festivals, wine festivals, previous singing competitions, summer literary evenings and lantern festivals were all held here.
