Synopsis

[edit]

In 1462 A.D., Constantinople is attacked by the Turks, and Count Dracula is ordered to conquer the Turkish army. Just as he was winning, rumors spread that he had been defeated and killed. His wife, Lisa, was so grief-stricken that she threw herself into the river, and when he returned home, he only saw her body. He angrily asked God why he had fought for the Lord all his life, only to end up like this. He pierced Jesus on the cross with a spear and blood flowed everywhere. From then on, Dracula turned to the devil and became an undead blood-sucking zombie with blood as his life.

Four hundred years later, in 1897, London. Jonah, a young lawyer at the Bar, is ordered to the castle of the Dracula family in the Romanian possession of Transylvania to formalize the London estate of the aristocratic scion. To do so, he will be separated from his fiancée, the beautiful Mina. The owner of the Dracula Castle is the vampire Count Dracula, who realizes that Mina bears a striking resemblance to Liza and believes that Mina is Liza's reincarnation. He is determined to find Mina and recover his true love, which has been lost for 400 years. He imprisons Jonah in his castle, takes boxes of clay from his homeland, the source of his strength, and travels by ship all the way to London. His arrival revives the dark forces of London. Vampire bats and werewolves have awakened, and London is in a state of mysterious terror. Ruth, Mina's girlfriend, is tempted to bond with the werewolf and begins a gradual metamorphosis that will culminate in her death as a blood-sucking zombie. Meena, on the other hand, always hears a mysterious call from the heart, and in her fear there is a strong yearning. De Cora, who came to London as a young prince, found Mina, and his elegant demeanor and mysterious and charming temperament gradually conquered Mina. Mina falls passionately in love with him, and in her contact with him vaguely recalls something of the tragic end of her past life as Liza, which leads her into a kind of melancholy and happiness.

Ruth's strange and unexplained illness of constant blood loss finally attracts the occultist Hong Hee-sung, who, after checking, finally realizes that the cause of all these strange things is the great vampire Dracula. He joins forces with several gentlemen to combat this terrible and mysterious force. Jonah escapes from the witch's grip, escapes from the old castle, and is rescued by Notre Dame, where he writes a letter to Mina asking her to come and marry him, free from Dracula's grasp. When they return to London, Ruth has indeed been turned into a vampire after her death. Hong Hee-sung leads his men to break into the cemetery, stab her through the heart and cut off her head, thus killing the vampire. Jonah immediately joined Hirosei's gang to deal with Dracula. They found the monastery where he was staying and burned the dirt he brought with him. By now, Dracula had found Mina and told her everything, and Mina, knowing that she was y in love with Dracula, decided to stay with him forever, to become an immortal vampire body, and to **** with him to enjoy eternal true love.

With the loss of the clay of his homeland, Dracula has no choice but to return to the castle first to build up his strength. Hiroshi Naru hypnotizes Mina and uses the power of her love for Dracula to track him down and destroy him once and for all. They finally catch up with Dracula just before sunset, and they hit him hard in the castle. Mina recklessly pounces and drags the dying Dracula into the castle. In the final hours of his death, Dracula finally came to his senses and returned to the arms of the Lord, realizing what true and eternal love is. He finally died as the divine and valiant Count Dracula, God's guardian. With tears in her eyes, Mena raised her lance, pierced his heart and cut off his head. The love between them has been sublimated from it.

Film Evaluation

[Edit Paragraph]

European and American nations seem to have a unique interest in vampire stories, and the artistic creation of such themes has been repeatedly favored. Several classic vampire images in literary history such as: Bran. Stokke's Dracula (based on the Romanian tyrant Vlad Tepes), S. Le Fanu's Carmilla, Raymond's Varney the Vampire, Santa's Vampire Junction and so on have all portrayed one after another unrestrained vampire image with bizarre and absurd surrealism. The questioning of divine power, the desire for immortality, the worship of supernatural power, and the pursuit of love ...... under the evil shell that hunts for blood in order to achieve immortality, all these complicated and complicated desires of human beings are hidden. Sin and seclusion of the pervasive, fear and the intersection of strange feelings, the authors strive to such a unique way to subvert the world's existing order of sunshine, to create another magnificent world.

The primitive nature of Westerners, who drink blood and hair, is perhaps more obvious than that of Easterners, and has yet to be removed, so the occasional return of savagery has a different kind of vitality. Movie adaptations such as "Night Visits with a Vampire" and "Queen of the Vampires" are even more visually appealing with their powerful camera work, making the ancient vampire characters previously depicted in the written word even more vivid in the eyes of the viewer. One of these films, "400 Years of Love", should be regarded as a middle-of-the-road movie, and although some of the industry reviews were not favorable, it was still loved by many fans. Winona?6?1 Reed's pale green outfit in the film can be considered a classic ladylike look of the late 19th century, leaving an indelible impression.

Phantoms wreak havoc, spiteful ghosts run rampant, and evil maniacal laughter is a parody of the human world. The infatuated count, coming and going to fold, finally awakened that 400 years of covenant. The greedy chewing of blood is like a gentle exploitation, leading each other towards fatal joy. The blood stained cross is like a key to true love, hard to penetrate the chaos of the years, roaring rage vowed to sleep in the sweetheart awakening. True love is hard to part with, hard to ignore, sincere heart at any time to accept the lover's review.

The lofty mountains, not moving human ghosts duel; snow-covered, drifting the blood of good and evil; the darkness of the tomb, can not close the secret of life and death. When the wounds of the heart gradually healed no longer mutilated, when the evil thought of revenge slowly quiet and retreat, that is some soul sublimation of the emotional transcendence. Away from the endless disputes and debates in the world, everything returns to peace and harmony like the music of heaven. The first time I saw this, I was able to see that I was not the only one who could not see it, but I was able to see that I was not the only one who could not see it.

The movie has a strong cast, with Keanu Reeves, Monica Belushi, Anthony Hopkins, Richard E. Grant, and other big stars in supporting roles, in addition to the male and female leads.

Love Never Dies.

Behind the Scenes

[Edit]

This film is beautifully costumed and beautifully crafted, which makes it extremely aestheticistic; however, the subject matter is clichéd and lacks depth in comparison. It lacks depth. The mysterious, gorgeous, and almost grotesque camera narration is a beautiful love story that transcends all boundaries. Oldman is mesmerizing, and the two young actors are lightweights.

Footage

[edit]

- The source material for the plasma is red jelly.

- Monica Bellucci plays one of the many female ghosts in the castle who seduces Keanu Reeves, along with a revealing performance.

-To add to the "acting spark," director Coppola shouted "whore" and "bitch" as Van Helsing captured Mina and Dracula. " and other words.

-Anthony Hopkins also plays another role in the film, the priest who tells Dracula that Elizabeth's soul has been destroyed. The voice-over when telling the story of the captain of the Demeter was also dubbed by him.

-Winona Ryder was the first to see the script, which was intended to be a TV series, and went to Coppola, who they hadn't spoken to in six months since Ryder dropped out of "The Godfather 3" due to fatigue. Coppola agreed to do the movie, but preferred to produce. The film's profits more than make up for the $27 million loss Coppola's film studio has incurred over the past three years.

- The shot of Keanu Reeves entering the castle was shot in reverse to make the scene seem even more eerie.

- The portrait of Dracula in the castle (mentioned after Keanu enters the castle) is actually a self-portrait by German painter Albrecht Dürer, but with Gary Oldman's face replaced.

- The little actress who plays the little girl brought to the basement is completely freaked out by Sadie Frost's vampire costume, and refuses to do another take after only one take, resulting in Coppola and Sadie Frost having to say a lot of nice things to coax the child into going ahead with the shoot.

-Prince Vlad's screams weren't Gary Oldman's, but came from Lux Interior, the lead singer of the punk band The Cramps.

-Sadie Frost dyed her own brown hair, believing that it was too reminiscent of Winona Ryder (who were supposed to look alike, too), whose own hair color was blonde .

- Before filming Coppola had the main cast read the original novel aloud to get a feel for it, a task that took two days.

-Costume designers were from Japan, and the overall look had a Kabuki feel, for which the hair stylist spent a considerable amount of time and very painful and delicate work to create Gary Oldman's wig. Oldman's look was inspired by Gustav Klimt's painting "The Kiss".

-Filming the scene where the vampire licks Keanu's blood from his razor, Gary Oldman was very drunk, and the fact that it was a late-night shoot made it "even more emotional".

- It's common knowledge that Winona Ryder doesn't like Gary Oldman. It's well known that Winona Ryder doesn't like Gary Oldman, and she did everything she could to avoid him between takes. She also often complained about certain scenes during filming and wanted to keep those intimate scenes as brief as possible.

-Viggo Mortensen, Antonio Banderas, and Andy Garcia all came to try out for the role of Dracula.

- During casting Coppola was open about his displeasure with Keanu in the role of Jonathan, saying he thought he should have gotten someone young, sexy, and in tune with the girls for the role.

-This was the first American blockbuster to be edited on a completely off-line system.

Dracula: Then... I give you life eternal... everlasting love... the power of the storm... and the beasts of the earth... walk with me... to be my loving wife... to be my love... to be my loving wife...
