Tibetan folk self-indulgent dance can be divided into two categories of harmonic and Zhuo. Harmony is mainly circulated in the Tibetan folk collective song and dance form, which is divided into four kinds: "fruit harmony", "fruit Zhuo" (i.e. "pot Zhuang"), "heap harmony" and "harmony".
The Tibetans are one of the 56 ethnic groups in China with a large population and a wide geographical distribution. Belonging to the Tibetan branch of the Tibetan-Burmese language family of the Sino-Tibetan language family, the Tibetans originated in the middle reaches of the Yarlung Tsangpo River basin in Tibet, and are centrally located in China's Tibet Autonomous Region and in various areas within the four provinces of Qinghai, Gansu, Sichuan and Yunnan. They have a long ethnic history and a rich culture. Because of the Tibetan people live in the geographical differences, each with the neighboring other nationalities, and in the same category of cultural phenomena and art varieties, festivals and rituals, the formation of a number of different forms, styles of rituals and songs and dances.
