At present, many children with congenital heart disease from poor families of ethnic minorities are suffering from the disease for a long time and are in urgent need of surgical treatment.
Fan Baojun believes that, compared with public charities, non-public fund-raising system is new and dynamic, and its vigorous development can maximize the mobilization of private resources to participate in charitable causes.
