Famous singers such as Song Zuying, Dai Yuqiang, Teng Geer, etc. sang Zhang Qianyi's "Tibetan Plateau", "Into Tibet", "Legend", "To the Sea", "Spring Silkworms", etc., only 12 years old, the young singer Ni Yao in the scene to sing the lyrics by her, Zhang Qianyi's "Moon Baba", which was filmed into an MTV broadcast in the CCTV's "June 1" special program.

In 2011, Ni Yao performed "Moon Baba," a song composed by Zhang Qianyi.

On October 21, 2011, on the occasion of celebrating the 55th anniversary of the founding of the Opera Troupe of the General Political Bureau, a concert of Zhang Qianyi's works was held, in which the PLA Symphony Orchestra performed five works composed by Zhang Qianyi, including "Reflections on Yunnan", "History Plucked by the Heartstrings", "My Homeland", "Circle Dance", and "Heroic Sons and Daughters".
