I think that if you want to live your life exquisitely, you should streamline your life and go for simple but quality things. Here's to talk about each of them.
One, why should we streamline our life
I have always been a minimalist, that is to say, I have always believed that the complexity of life will not make our life more exquisite, because for us, there are not many things that we can seriously put and enjoy, so have too much will make us feel aesthetic fatigue, or that kind of eating too much food eaten Afterwards that feeling of nausea.
So how do we streamline our lives. I think there are two things to keep in mind, one is simplicity and the other is refinement.
Simple, in fact, very simple, such as we give up those cluttered love to do things, such as playing with the phone, sometimes look at this sometimes look at that, although a lot of reading, but in the end it is just to pass the time, to enjoy the fast-food style of reading or watching the experience of this kind of thing to put it bluntly, it is the dregs. It is the kind of thing that goes in one ear and out the other. We should shave off that stuff and leave behind the things that require a quiet moment to feel, like reading, like music, or other personal hobbies.
And then we have to throw away or dispose of a lot of things we can't use, such as too many cheap clothes, too many texture-less accessories, miscellaneous and even broken furniture. Having more of this stuff doesn't make our lives sophisticated.
And then there is refinement. We should start now, in the process of buying things in the future, try to buy only those things that we like very much, even if it is a little more expensive, but also within the scope of what we can afford, to pick the goods that have a sense of texture and stand up to consideration. In this way, we will find ourselves gradually surrounded by our favorite goods.
Second, why should we pursue simple but quality things
I think the things that can bring a sense of quality to our lives, or that sense of solidity, for each of us may be just a few. Some may be listening to music,
some may be playing basketball, some may be swimming, some may be writing,
and some may even be cooking. That sort of thing varies from person to person.
But there is a fact that no amount of things other than those that make our lives more sophisticated will enhance the sophistication of our lives. That's why we should ditch as much of that sophistication as possible.
This is not really easy to do, we need to simplify our thoughts so that we see only the simple things, in other words, only the simple things can enter into our inner thinking, the other things are just passing clouds for us. For me, I will only use my heart to discover the various things that strike me in life, and that is my simple and pure purpose. It's not a simple thing though.
