1. The candidates for recruitment assessment are those who have passed the examination and physical examination.
2. The content of the recruitment assessment is four aspects: morality, ability, diligence and performance. 4. Assessment work procedures:
1. Organization preparation. Relevant government personnel departments, together with employers, form an assessment work team based on assessment tasks, study and formulate assessment implementation plans, implement staff, and organize a number of assessment groups
. The assessment team must consist of more than two people and must undergo necessary training.
2. Inspection. Each assessment team will go to relevant units to inspect the persons being assessed. Inspections are generally carried out in the form of reviewing files, listening to introductions from leaders or organizations of the unit, individual interviews, and holding symposiums
. The assessment team conducts evaluations based on the inspection situation and assessment standards, writes an inspection report, and puts forward opinions on the inspection results. The inspection report is required to comprehensively and objectively reflect the situation of the person being evaluated
and be accompanied by necessary supporting materials. The certification materials require the signature of the certifier or the official seal of the relevant unit.
3. Review. The assessment work team reviews the inspection report and assessment results opinions put forward by the assessment team, and determines the assessment results after collective research. The employer is responsible for notifying the person being assessed, and it serves as an important basis for deciding whether to hire.
5. The avoidance system must be implemented in the recruitment and assessment of civil servants. If a staff member has relatives who are among those being assessed, they should avoid the work involved.
6. Government personnel departments and relevant units at all levels should strengthen their leadership in the recruitment and assessment of civil servants, and select and dispatch personnel with strong party spirit, decent work style, and fair work to participate in the assessment work.
