They came from the Little Lark Choir and Dance Troupe of the Children's Palace of Yuexiu District in Guangzhou, the Seventh Middle School of Guangzhou, the Guangzhou Nanhu International School and the Guangdong Peizheng College. The youngest among them is only 6 years old. What is more noteworthy is that the 20 West Asian children on the field, all from Guangzhou South Lake International School, have parents who are West Asian friends living in Guangzhou. Guangzhou is now their home.
