The beauty file of He Lai Yongya No. 2: Polina Semionova. Polina Semionova

There has never been a dance or video that I have watched more than a hundred times over the years and have been moved every time.

That's why I'm writing this.

An empty theater, just the right amount of lighting, and a full view in five directions. There is no dazzling stage set or fantastic sound and light show, not to mention the heavy makeup and flamboyant performance costumes.

But when she danced to the music, the whole world was instantly frozen by the unparalleled beauty of her life, and every muscle, every cell and even every thread of her clothes and pants danced with her soul. Until she once again quietly lay down the music stops, I will slowly wake up, the heart of the beauty I do not know how many more points. (Please don't blame me if the following screenshots aren't too pretty.)

This is that popular music video of her 2003 performance on German singer Herbett Groenemeyer's music album. The song is called Letzter Tag (Last Day), an adaptation of Bach's music that the singer composed in honor of the ballet dancer's late wife. It has been described by the Internet as a fairy-like "the most beautiful ballet".

She is a Russian woman Polina Seminova (Polina Seminova). Polina Semionova (Полина Семионова), a Russian woman, a god in the world of ballet.

She was admitted to the world-famous Moscow Bolshoi Ballet Academy at the age of eight, and at the age of sixteen she participated in the Moscow International Ballet Competition and won, and at the age of seventeen, after graduation, she was spotted by Vladimir Malakhov, the director of the Deutsche Staatsballett, who is known as the "God of the Century", and joined the Berlin Ballet as a principal soloist. After graduating at the age of seventeen, Vladimir Malakhov, the director of the German National Ballet, was attracted to join the Berlin Ballet as a principal soloist, and at the age of eighteen became the youngest principal actress of the company.

She has been a guest artist with the English National Ballet, Tokyo Ballet, La Scala Ballet, Vienna State Opera Ballet, Mariinsky Ballet, and Moscow Bolshoi Ballet, and has performed in major cities around the world.

It is said that she is the Black Swan, like a fairy elf who fell into the mortal world. It is because of her that we feel ballet is so wonderful! She has performed in almost all the famous ballets, and every role is so breathtakingly beautiful. Although there are some criticisms from the performance point of view, and the technique has to be matured through constant refinement, but this does not prevent her from bringing us the beauty and touching through the ballet.

She is living a life that could be the dream of countless girls all over the world.

But what we fail to see is the unimaginable hard work behind her stunning beauty. When she first started studying at the Moscow Ballet School, Polina's physical condition was not outstanding. Her height of about 1.75 meters and the shape of her legs, as well as her broad shoulders and narrow hips were all unfavorable factors, and although no one denied her hard work and diligence, people didn't think too highly of her.

However, she was not discouraged, and she spent almost all the time she could in the practice room rehearsing, repeating the necessary movements day after day, year after year: scrubbing the ground, lifting the legs, spinning, arabesque... At such a young age, she was able to reach far and wide, and her tireless efforts were finally recognized by the eyes of appreciation, so she went from school to the world, and from the practice room to the beautiful ballet sanctuary.

I have always felt that the true beauty and charm of a dancer is reflected in the practice room when practicing, the dancers are never heavily made up, and patiently work out each and every movement of the dance, through the practice room, we can see the dancer's primitive charm and enthusiasm, and can also see the dancer's love for dance.

People who love dance in general will have the experience of a real rehearsal hall are more literary, practicing and rehearsing dance, the atmosphere in the dance classroom tends to instantly condense, it is very beautiful. There are also always still all kinds of jokes.

Polina in the rehearsal hall, of course, is also very beautiful, she is a little arrogant but not anxious, cold but not rejected people outside the charm of the personality of the soul, that is a kind of fire and ice mingling of the charm of the place, elegant and calm.

Some students in our ballet program seem to lack such a feeling, and they seem to be more intentional and pretentious, exaggerated and impetuous between their hands and feet. This is a little bit far from elegance and composure.

We know that Russia is a country where classical ballet has a deep and dominant heritage, and Polina, who became famous as a teenager and traveled to other countries, has a style of dance that is more or less influenced by Western culture. There may be critics. When she is asked what she thinks about this, her fingertips gently tap on the tabletop and she slowly speaks out, "It's important to realize that I'm still Russian at heart. Strong emotionality, unusual sensitivity, a melancholic temperament and a little bit of madness make up the Russian soul."

This is the sure faith and deep love of an artist for the original homeland of the soul. And some young friends of our family, a few foreign words have not yet memorized, feel that everything is not as good as others. Without deep roots, where can we get a big tree? I just hope that people engaged in cultural and artistic work, can be y rooted in the mother culture, but at the same time have a sea of magnanimity. Create a truly brilliant Chinese culture and art.

Finally, let's bless her. Now she is a beautiful mom. The whole world knows her great name, but her husband is just an ordinary group dancer in the Berlin Ballet. Though I would like to know everything about her, I don't think I should pay too much attention to her privacy, but I hope she will always be a happy woman, a ballet spirit.

Briefly, Polina Semionova was born in 1984 in Moscow, the second of three children in a musical family. Her sister is a piano player. From an early age, Polina studied figure skating with her brother, but soon switched to ballet, and at the age of eight, she entered the world-renowned Bolshoi Ballet Academy, where she has dedicated herself to the art of dance ever since.

Performed almost all the famous ballets.

Received almost all the recognized awards in the world of ballet.

She came to this world for a reason: to show us how beautiful beauty can really be.

Beauty conclusion: the real beauty are angels, but beauty is the faith on earth. So there will always be angels on earth!

Off topic: we also have the best dancers. But, either goddesses or beauties don't even count. And I will only write about beauties who eat the earth and have the soul of an angel.

Appendix: (1)

Many of my friends have asked about the lyrics to Letzter Tag (The Last Day) in the background, and I've found them, excerpted below:

Wei man, wie oft ein Herz brechen kann?

Wie viele Sinne hat der Wahn?

Lohnen sich Gefühle?

Wie viele Tr nen passen in einen Kanal?

Leben wir noch mal?

Warum wacht man auf?

Was heilt die Zeit?

Ich bin

Dein 7. Sinn

Dein doppelter Boden

Dein zweites Gesicht

Du bist

Eine kluge Prognose

Das Prinzip Hoffnung

Ein Leuchtstreifen aus der Nacht

Irgendwann find und lieb ich Dich

Ich bin eine deiner Farben

Kannst mich w hlen,

Kannst sie tragen,

Kannst sie bleichen

Verrat Dir alle Geheimzahlen

Werd Dir die kühnsten Tr ume ausmalen

Werd Dir erkl ren, wovon ich nichts versteh

Ich bin

Dein 7. Sinn

Dein doppelter Boden

Dein zweites Gesicht

Du bist

Eine sichere Prognose

Das Prinzip Hoffnung

Ein Leuchtstreifen aus der Nacht

Irgendwann find und lieb ich Dich

< p> Das leben flie t rot in unseren Venen

Ich servier Dir es auf einem Goldenen Tablett

Du holst mich aus dem grauen Tal der Tr nen

L sst alle Wunder auf einmal geschehn,

Dass mir h ren und sehen vergeht

Ich bin

Dein 7. Sinn

Dein doppelter Boden

Dein zweites Gesicht

Deine Lieblingsfarbe

Dein sportlichster Wagen

Dein tiefster Tauchgang

Dein Segelflug .................

Translated into Chinese:

Do people know, how many times a heart can be broken?

How many fantasies are there?

Are feelings worth having?

How many tears in a canal?

Can we live again?

Why do people wake up?

What does time heal?

Appendix (2): Technical Characteristics of Ballet

How do you view and judge a ballet dancer's technique? Some ballet experts advocate that ballet dance has eight characteristics:

(a) Open. The outward openness of the legs, that is, turning the legs outward from the root of the thighs and spreading them to the maximum. This is a basic aesthetic feature of ballet. For example, spreading the legs to 180° while keeping the upper body perpendicular to the ground.

(ii) Tensing. Tensing the foot, it is best to make the top of the foot can be convex, in order to increase the beauty of the shape of the foot and the expressive power of the foot. For example, in the jumping action, both feet should be tensed very straight and pointed when leaving the ground.

(C) straight. Occupying the standing leg (supporting leg) and the outstretched leg (power leg) knees should be straight, mainly to make many dance stretches to long lines of perfect visual modeling.

(d) Stand. The body is erect and upright, with the center of gravity resting precisely on both or one leg. Performers to close the abdomen, chest, absolutely no pouting buttocks or hunchback.

(v) Light. Dancing light. When doing jumping movements, it is best not to hear the sound when pushing and landing. Dance with ease, even if it is very hard and tired, try not to let the audience see and feel.

(F) accurate. Accurately fulfill the specifications of each movement and dance posture. For example, the movement of the arm has a strictly defined route. Male actors often do the air rotation twice 720 °, you must jump from the exact five positions, but also to accurately land on the five positions.

(VII) stable. The action is steady and solid sold. For example, many rotary movements, the requirement to maintain stability in the rotation, the end of a steady stop in a dance position.

(H) beauty. Each dance shape, each action process should be beautiful.
