Jiang Wenli, born on June 20, 1966 in Bengbu City, Anhui Province, is a Chinese film and television actress and a member of the China Association for the Promotion of Democracy (China Association for the Promotion of Democracy).

Early experience
Jiang Wenli was born in an intellectual family in Bengbu, Anhui. Her father was an engineer and her mother was an operator at the Railway Bureau. Her father bought her world famous books since she was a child, and her mother sent her to gymnastics and dance lessons.
