Thrushcross birds are flexible, easy to pick up mouths, and can learn to call more than a dozen mouths. To domesticate thrush birds, it is necessary to bring thrush into the game first, such as adjusting the mouth, dancing and flapping the wings left and right. When you open the cage clothes, you will sing when you see the light, and when you open the cage door, you will lead the birds out of the cage and then go back into the cage. Outdoor play and feeding are all fun for raising birds.
Both young and adult birds can be trained, but it is most suitable for young birds to start training after molting for the first time. Adults have to go through 2-3 years of special feeding before they can call.
Training method:
(1) Training with a teacher bird
Training with a teacher bird, that is, preaching with a well-spoken and passionate thrush, so that the little thrush can learn while listening. It takes 2-3 years for you to be patient and walk the bird frequently. It takes longer to learn from other birds and animals.
The setting-up environment should be quiet, and there should be no other sounds or chirping around when calling the teacher bird.
(2) Use recording to adjust
Use a tape recorder to record the songs of several beautiful birds with calls, so that the calls of birds on the tape are diverse, clear and noiseless, and there are gaps between calls. When using tape to press the mouth, you should play the sound to thrush regularly every day, and the volume should not be too large or too small each time.
(3) Repeated training
Thrush birds are forgetful, and the songs they learned over a long period of time will be forgotten, especially after molting, they often forget the pronunciation they learned and need to learn again. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly repeat learning and training. The solution is to raise more thrushes and walk the birds often, so that thrushes can learn all kinds of chirping constantly.
(4) Bright bird
Thrushcross is a kind of bird that is good at singing, and its singing effect is quite strong. However, many bird lovers don't want to put their larks and blackbirds together. They think that if a lark calls out the mouth of a blackbird, especially the sound of a blackbird laying its eggs, it is worthless. However, it is beneficial for thrush to put lark and thrush together. Because larks imitate realistically, it is ideal to press thrush's mouth.
Therefore, from the perspective of training thrush, thrush and lark can be put together to brighten the bird. On the contrary, from the perspective of training larks, it is not appropriate to put these two kinds of birds together to sing. Because the thrush can't pronounce clearly, there is a phenomenon called Lickitung. When the lark learns, there will be a phenomenon that it can't make a clear call. In addition, there is no set number of thrush calls, which is not good for lark training.
