1. Purpose of Training
Preliminary cognition of the head's movement, and training of the head's flexibility
2. Main Movements and Requirements
a. Head Down: Chin-chin is close to the neck's clavicular position, the spine at the back of the neck is lengthened, and the line of sight is downward with the head at the same time.
b. Head tilt: chin raised upward, the muscles in the front of the neck at the throat position lengthened with the chin, and the line of sight goes upward with the head at the same time.
c, Nodding: a continuous movement from tilting the head to lowering the head, with the heavy beat downward and the line of sight flat.
d, head bobbing: the head is bobbed from side to side, and the chin-chin is always slightly raised during the movement.
3. Rhythm
Preparatory position:
3,7 o'clock pairs opposite each other, front stance, hands beside each other in hand press position
