Zhu Longguang, born in September 1939 in Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, is a mainland Chinese actor and director, who graduated from the Art Department of Lanzhou Art College in 1962, and has served as an actor and director of the Military Engineering Corps.

In 1966, he starred as Gao Chuanbao in the movie "Tunnel War" and played Zhao Dakang in "The Descending of the Dragon and the Flying Tiger"; in 1985, he appeared in "Journey to the West" as Buddha Rulai; in 1992, he was employed as the director of the Teaching and Research Office of Beijing Film and Television Academy and as a senior advisor and vice president of the Oriental Film and Television Academy; and in 2006, he played the role of Tong Xiangyu's father Tong in the costume sitcom "Outside of the Wulin". In 2006, he played the role of Tong Xiangyu's father, Mr. Tong, in the costume sitcom "Wulin Gaidian.
