Which sports are suitable for the elderly to exercise?

Avoid strenuous exercise. Of course, it varies from person to person. Choose exercise that suits your body's endurance. Jogging is not recommended (it has a great impact on your knees and is easy to wear them). You can do some yoga, Tai Chi (which is very suitable for people of all ages), walking, square dancing (just don't disturb people), breathing exercises (exercising vital capacity is very beneficial and can enhance your resistance to respiratory diseases such as colds) and so on.
