At the beginning of May every year, in the valley above Shan Ye, the precious rhododendrons in the virgin forest of Saiwudang Nature Reserve in Maojian District, Shiyan City, northwest Hubei Province are in full bloom all over the mountains, attracting tourists to watch them. Saiwudang Mountain is1722m above sea level, which is109m higher than Wudang Mountain at1613m above sea level, so it is named Saiwudang Mountain, also known as Putuo Mountain and Fulongshan Mountain. There are 178 families, 13 16 plants, including more than 20 species of Ericaceae, and elegant azaleas. In the virgin forest of Saiwudang, a large number of rhododendrons are mixed with rare Bashan pine. Every spring, azaleas bloom all over the mountain, attracting tourists to travel in spring.

What's even more amazing is that rhododendrons are still growing on its cliffs, and branches hang down from the cliffs and stretch into the air, just like wandering immortals. If you are lucky, you can also see a layer of white peach blossom snow, blue sky, strange stones, white snow, safflower, a picture of snow and cuckoo. It is because of the snow that the azaleas in Saiwudang have become more arrogant and detached. The azaleas here, together with ornamental trees such as centennial pine, Millennium ancient fir, dead vine green rose, red willow bamboo, lantern tree, acacia red bean and giant bauhinia, create the most primitive landscape in the virgin forest.
