Guanshiyin Bodhisattva has three bodies, so may I ask which body you want to see?
The first, the true body, also called the Dharma body, is one body with all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, formless and undifferentiated. In fact, it is also one with our true nature, but we need to be enlightened to recognize it.
The second type, the perfected retributive body phase. In order to build up confidence in the Bodhisattvas, they are given a bright body with a perfect and flawless appearance, so that they can aspire to the Buddha's path and strengthen their minds. This we ordinary people are also not qualified enough to see.
The third type, the incarnation body, includes the bodhisattva who comes to the world as a human being to realize us, or the manifestation in the dream, or the sea, or the manifestation in the clouds and mist, and also includes the statue of the Buddha in our house, or even the painting, all of which are counted. Because as long as you see the statue of the Buddha, the heart of the Buddha Bodhisattva is equal to see the Buddha Bodhisattva, of course, the Buddha Bodhisattva also know that you want to him, is that we are too material world is too real, in fact, all of this is a dream bubble, the stars, fire and electricity, a flash of light, just as you see the night sky, bright stars (some of the distance from us hundreds of millions of years), in fact, all are illusions only, those stars may have long been gone. You want to see the incarnation of the body is the same, the Bodhisattva does not want us to superstitious in this, so do not want to appear this kind of show God now strange phase, for fear of adding to our delusion and worry (which is not beneficial to the practice).
