According to the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the General Administration of Sport on Matters Relating to Doing a Good Job of Opening Large Stadiums for Free or Low Charge, the Tianjin Olympic Center is now open for free or low charge for 2021 as follows:
Scope: open the stadium's main stadium, the attached practice halls, the school area, the second floor platform; Stadium area, outfield training ground, fitness corridor, children's play area. Due to the stadium infield to undertake the Chinese Super League soccer matches and "Jinmen Tiger" soccer club daily training tasks, the lawn is under repair, can only be open to the organized community.

Open 365 days a year, 5:30 a.m.-10:00 a.m., 18:00 p.m.-21:00 p.m., 7.5 hours a day, 52.5 hours a week. Opening hours are adjusted according to the winter and summer seasons.
3. The gymnasium campus and second-floor terrace
It is open for free 365 days a year, where the public can dance squarely, play tai chi and skate for 168 hours a week.
4. Free lectures on sports knowledge and physical training.

1. Gym campus and second floor terrace
There are nine small five-a-side soccer pitches, open daily from 8:00-22:00 for 14 hours, 98 hours a week, 360 days a year.
Rates:
$50 per vehicle from 8 a.m.-12 p.m.
$200 per vehicle from 2 p.m.-18 p.m.
From 18:00-22 p.m., the lighted pitches are $280 per game.

2. Badminton

Rates: 80RMB per person per session, 600RMB for unlimited monthly card, 6800RMB for unlimited annual card.

6. Indoor Basketball and Indoor Table Tennis
Tianjin Gymnasium will be opened on August 5, 2021 for indoor basketball and table tennis games.
Free National Physical Fitness Monitoring Service
At the Schuhua fitness equipment store at the northwest gate of the Tianjin Olympic Sports Center Stadium, residents who carry their ID cards can have their personal physical fitness monitored free of charge, through eleven basic physical fitness tests, and professional fitness guidance will be provided to subjects based on the test results.
