Matters needing attention in volleyball training

Volleyball puts forward special requirements for technology, because volleyball technology must be realized by hand, and the ball is not allowed to stay in the hand. With the development of volleyball tactics, a fast-centered, fast and changeable tactical guiding ideology, which combines strength and height, has pushed the technical and tactical level of volleyball to a new height. The following is what I want to share with you about volleyball training. Welcome to read and browse.

(A) the characteristics of soft volleyball

Non-inflatable soft volleyball has the characteristics of lightness, softness, lighter weight than hard volleyball, soft hand feeling and no feeling of arm swelling and pain during practice, which eliminates the fear of beginners being afraid of stabbing their hands. The main features are:

1. Light weight, soft texture, low air pressure and low resilience.

2. The ball is slow, difficult, interesting and entertaining.

3. Suitable for all ages, with wide application range and wide masses.

4. Not easy to get hurt, safe and with high fitness value.

5. Not afraid of pricking, squeezing, wear resistance and good performance.

6. There are various forms of competition, and there is no uniform competition rule in the world at present.

7. The technical action requirements are not high, and it is easy to popularize.

8. Bright colors, beautiful appearance and low price (compared with ordinary volleyball).

(B) the essentials of basic technical movements of soft volleyball

1. service

In soft volleyball competition, it is stipulated that only underhand serve is allowed, that is, the hitting point cannot be equal to or higher than the shoulder height. There are two kinds of underhand serve: frontal underhand serve and lateral underhand serve. Take the frontal underhand serve as an example: hold the ball in front of the abdomen with your left hand and gently throw it on the right side of your body, about 20 cm high. At the same time, the right arm swings back with the shoulder as the axis, the center of gravity of the body moves to the front foot, and the right hand swings forward to hit the ball.

Buffer ball

Front two-handed ball cushion is one of the commonly used techniques in soft volleyball, that is, hitting the ball with both hands in front of the abdomen. Soft volleyball is slower than hard volleyball, and the ball will suddenly sink after a long flight. Therefore, when judging the ball mat, the distance between the landing points of hard volleyball should be properly ahead, the center of gravity of the body should be moved forward, and the arms should be oriented in the direction of the incoming ball as far as possible. The method and size of hitting the ball are different according to the strength and radian of the incoming ball. Because of soft volleyball,

In soft volleyball, one hand is often used to cushion the ball. It has high speed and wide buffer range. It can be used when the ball is far away and it is too late or inconvenient to pad the ball with both hands. One-handed pad can approach the ball with various footwork, and can hit the ball with tiger's mouth, semi-clenched fist, palm root, arm and forearm.

Blocking ball

There are two ways to block the ball: two hands and one hand. In soft volleyball, this method can be used when the incoming ball is high and it is not convenient to hit the ball. When blocking the ball, the arm bends and the wrist leans back, and the lower part of the ball is blocked with the outside of the palm or the root of the palm. At the moment of hitting the ball, the wrist should be tense and the force should be moderate. If the ball is high, you can jump up to block it.

pass the ball

Soft volleyball is not difficult for beginners to pass the ball. As long as the hands are naturally placed on the forehead and the fingers and wrists are moderately tense when touching the ball, the ball can be softly passed out without the buffer of the fingers and wrists. In addition, you can pass the ball with one hand properly. When passing the ball with one hand, the elbow bends and lifts, the wrist leans back, the palm is up, and the five fingers are curled properly to form a small half-player shape. The strength of the fingers and wrists is one? Point? That is, the tension between fingers and wrists is greater when passing the ball with one hand.

spike

There are some differences between soft volleyball and hard volleyball in spiking. When you hit the ball, you should pay more attention to it, and control is the key. When hitting the ball, the fingers are open and kept tense, the whole palm is wrapped around the ball, and the wrist is bent and actively pushed forward. If you use a golf ball, your fingers should exert proper force.

Block the network

When blocking soft volleyball, we should pay attention to narrowing the distance between our hands or arms properly and don't let the ball squeeze out. When blocking, try to straighten your arms, keep your forearms close to the ball, and actively protect the ball with your shoulders and wrists.

Hit the ball with your foot

In soft volleyball, there are more chances to hit the ball with your feet. Generally, it is used when the incoming ball is far away from the body and the hand can't reach it. Touch the ball with the foot surface at an appropriate strength and angle to make the ball rebound to a certain height.
