There are two bus stops in Langzhong, one is the new city and the other is the old city. If you are at the No.89 bus stop in the old city, take the No.5 bus to Panda Paradise and get off at Jinping Park. You can take a taxi to Xincheng, and you can get there for a few dollars. Or you can go to Huaguang Building, a scenic spot, and then take a boat to Jinping from there.
