Dongtaizi Village is the administrative village of Wangwenzhuang Town, Xiqing District, Tianjin. Since last year, we have moved into the new residence of Wangwenzhuang Demonstration Town, which is located on the east side of the beautiful Duliujian River and on the west side of the town government. It has a beautiful environment, convenient transportation and convenient shopping, which has completely improved the living environment of the villagers.

According to "Tongzhi County Records of Jinghai in Qing Dynasty" 12 (1873), Dongtaizi Village is a part of the former Futai Village, which belongs to Shen Qing Village, East Road of Jinghai County. 1June, 956, Jinghai county started the work of withdrawing townships and districts, and merged the original four townships into one township, called Wangwenzhuang Township. Since then, Dongtaizi Village has been placed under the jurisdiction of Wangwenzhuang Township. 1961March, with the approval of Heping District Committee, Dongtai Zi Village was transformed into one of the sixteen production brigades of Wangwenzhuang People's Commune. 1966 In early May of the Cultural Revolution, Wangwenzhuang People's Commune was renamed Jinggangshan People's Commune. The nine brigades under its jurisdiction were also renamed as revolutionary villages, and Dongtai Zi Village was renamed as Dongxin. 1976 changed its name again.
